The historic building that so captivated Impressionist painter Edgar Degas that he turned its image on canvas into one of his most popular paintings lives again as the Cotton Exchange Hotel. Located just one block from the historic French Quarter, the hotel and its decor pay tribute to the colorful palettes created by Degas and his fellow Impressionists.
